Spay/Neuter

Spaying or neutering your pet promotes better health, prevents unwanted litters, and supports a more peaceful home environment.

A Simple Step for a Healthier Future

Spaying or neutering your pet is one of the most important decisions you can make for their long-term health and well-being. At Kelly’s Animal Hospital, we perform these procedures with careful attention to your pet’s safety, comfort, and recovery.

Spay and neuter surgeries not only help prevent unwanted litters, but they also provide significant health and behavioral benefits. These can include a reduced risk of certain cancers and infections, fewer hormone-driven behaviors such as roaming or marking, and a calmer, more focused temperament.

During Every Procedure, Our Team Provides:

  • Pre-surgical exams and bloodwork
  • Anesthesia tailored to your pet’s needs
  • Comprehensive monitoring throughout surgery
  • Pain management before, during, and after the procedure
  • Detailed home care instructions for recovery

By choosing to spay or neuter, you’re giving your pet a healthier life and helping reduce the number of homeless animals in our community.
