Kelly’s Animal Hospital Will be Closing on July 15th

Our team will continue to see scheduled appointments through July 15th.

If you need a copy of your pet’s medical records, please request them by sending us an email at contact@kellysanimalhospital.com.

If your pet needs medication refills or prescription food, please contact us by July 14th.

Our online pharmacy will close effective July 14th. At that time, all existing online pharmacy prescriptions will be discontinued. If you currently use our online pharmacy, please work with your new veterinary provider to continue your pet’s prescriptions.

Payment is due in full at the time that services are performed. If being admitted into the hospital, we cannot begin the care of your pet until you have confirmed your desire to do so by 1) signing the client consent & estimate form, and 2) leaving an initial deposit of 50% of the upper end of the estimate. This helps us confirm that you'd like us to move forward with your pet's care. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Scratchpay text-to-pay, CareCredit payments, and Trupanion direct pay. We neither extend credit nor bill for services. All open invoices are sent to collections after 45 days unless prior arrangements are made. *
