Carol A. Carter
Carol is a native Floridian, having been born in Miami and grew up in Stuart, Florida. She graduated from Martin County High School. She moved to Port St Lucie in 1985 and has worked with Dr. Kelly since his graduation from veterinary school in 1986.
Carol has been married to her husband Mickey for 30 years and has one daughter Wendy, and one granddaughter,Emily.In addition to her human family, Carol has 3 dogs,1 cat, and 2 birds.
Carol has been in the veterinary field since 1974, and brings vast experience to the practice.
